What Pilates, La Barre and TRX Suspension Training can do for you:

The Pilates Method promotes strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone through a series of low-impact exercises focused on the body's core (abdomen). Practitioners also experience improved stamina and circulation through this “complete coordination of body, mind and spirit”.  TRX Suspension Training builds muscle, reduces fat and develop core body strength. For athletes, it enhances performance and increases explosiveness. This full-body workout is achieved using suspension and body-weight resistance and can be practiced by people at all fitness levels. La Barre combines the elongating principles of dance conditioning and the toning of mat Pilates. This low-impact workout blasts away inches from problem areas, increases flexibility and reshapes your body to achieve that long, lean dancer's look. 

 
 
 
When properly executed, Pilates, La Barre and TRX Suspension Training are less likely to cause injury than almost any other kind of workout. Our Personal Trainers excel at working with clients to repair old injuries and prevent new ones.
